TICKETS
Our single ticket model allows attendees to fully personalise their convention experience with their chosen extras and gives everyone the chance to meet all Guests during the Autograph Sessions, with an autograph from every Guest (excluding any Surprise Guests) included.

Panel Talks
One of the key parts of the convention experience is the panels, and your chance to ask the Guests your burning questions. Your ticket gives you access to the Main Hall for the entire weekend, where our panels will be taking place, with anything from 1 to all of our Guests on stage. Join the queue at the microphone to ask your question, or if you’re feeling nervous, speak to one of our team who can ask it for you.
Welcome Meet and Greet
After we open The New Uni-Con with our Welcome Panel, we’ll be hosting two Meet and Greet sessions with some, if not all, of our Guests. You’ll have approx. 10 minutes with each Guest at your table of 11, giving you the chance say hello before the main events start the next day. If you want to attend with friends, make sure you all book into the same session. To allow as many people the chance to take part as possible, tickets will be limited to 2 per person and you will not be able to book both sessions.
Reserved Seating
Reserved seating for the first and second row will be available to book on a per-day basis. No specific seat allocation, row only.
Autographs
We include an autograph with every Guest (excluding any Surprise Guests) as standard in our tickets, so that everyone gets a chance to meet every Guest! Autograph sessions will take place on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and you will be able to get your own items signed by each Guest, with the option to purchase additional autographs on the day, or before hand in our online ticket shop. Items such as prints and art will be available to pre-order and for purchase at the event at our Merch table and in the Artist’s Alley (vendor dependant).
Breakfast Meet and Greet
A more intimate Meet and Greet session than our Friday evening Welcome. With a maximum of 5 people per table, you can spend 10 minute with each Guest chatting over tea, coffee and pastries in our most unique and small scale event.
Merchandise
Convention merchandise will be available to pre-order with a 10% early-bird discount for collection during Registration. A selection will be available at the event.
Photo Ops
One of the most popular and memorable parts of the convention experience - getting your photo taken with the Guests by our extremely talented professional photographer. Solos, doubles and a group shots will be available to purchase in our ticket store (in limited quantities), and you will receive an 8x10” print of your photo. Digital copies will be available to purchase after the event. Want more than one person in a photo? See our FAQ here.
By request, we have also added the opportunity to have a turn in the Photo Studio while in your Cosplay, simply book one of our Cosplay Photo Ops.
Coffee Breaks
On Saturday and Sunday we will have Coffee Breaks with most, if not all, of our Guests. A maximum of 20 attendees can gather round for half an hour with a cup of tea or coffee for a relaxed chat with their favourite Guest.
Artist's Alley
We love fan art as much as everyone else, so we’ll have a number of tables available to rent in our Artist’s Alley. More details on how to apply for a table here.

Cosplay Contest
We know how much pirates love a costume, so don’t miss our Saturday evening Cosplay, where a selection of our Guests will act as judges to pick our first, second and third place costumes, with bonus best group costume and honourable mention for the best outside the box cosplay!

Two Acts of Drag, Please! Presents...
Ahead of their flagship show in August, Two Acts of Drag, Please, present We’re Having a Talent Show! A space for anyone attending The New Uni-Con to perform their talent, variety or drag acts in the safe space ship of our event. Details of how to sign up to coming soon.

The Hilton London Gatwick Airport is offering an exclusive discounted rate for convention attendees, including breakfast, and payment on departure.

From Gatwick Airport
The Hilton London Gatwick is a short 5-10 minute walk from Gatwick Airport, connected by a covered walkway from the South Terminal. Follow the signs for the Hilton from the South Terminal (next to Black Sheep Coffee) along the travelator, across the road into the Short Stay Parking and take the lift down to the Hilton level. Follow the covered walkway all the way along and round into the Hilton lobby.
By Car /
Parking
There are no parking facilities available at the hotel. Parking is only available in either the airport Short Stay Car Park, which is directly linked to the Hilton, or in the Long Stay Car Park.
The Hilton offers a special rate of £22.50 per 24 hours (discounted from £60) for the Short Stay Car Park, maximum stay 3 days without prior arrangement. The rate for the Long Stay Car Park is £15.00 per day.

A minimum of 24hrs is recommended to book in advance of arrival to the hotel. Please note this rate allows one entry/exit per day only, if you to go out during this period you will have to pay again. The Hilton is unable to reserve nor guarantee parking spaces.
By Train
London Gatwick is only 30 minutes by train from Central London.
Trains to Gatwick run regularly from London Victoria (Southern) and from London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and Kings Cross St Pancras (Thameslink). Oyster / Tap In-Tap Out payment is available at Gatwick.
(The Gatwick Express is an option from London Victoria, but we don't recommend it as it's significantly more expensive than the Southern / Thameslink trains.)
By Air
London Gatwick Airport is one of the major London airports, with hundreds of international and domestic flights landing each day. The Hilton is connected via covered walkway to the South Terminal, with the North terminal only a short Monorail Ride away. If you are landing into Heathrow Airport, National Express run a regular airport to airport coach service, or you can take the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow to Farringdon and change to the Thameslink for a direct train to Gatwick.
